Kōtuitui Courtyards is the second stage of Kōtuitui completed in late 2021, with all residents having moved in by the end of January 2022. Designed to complement Kōtuitui Terraces yet have its own unique look, each terraced home was designed for modern living while incorporating a distinctive use of hard wearing materials to create a fresh urban look.
