Hunan Construction & Engineering Group (HCEG)

Hunan Construction & Engineering Group (HCEG) are Avant’s financial partners. HCEG are no strangers to the construction industry being a Civil and infrastructure company since 1954. With this construction experience and a capitalisation of $32 billion, HCEG provide Avants’ development companies with a sustainable platform in the market that at times can be volatile. The HCEG and Avant partnership structure reduces the risk for each project through flexible equity as opposed to time-focused debt such as bank debt that enforces restrictions which often work against the best outcomes for a project.
