Kōtuitui Courtyards wins Excellence!

We are extremely proud to announce Avant and Te Ākitai Waiohua have received two awards of Excellence for Kōtuitui Courtyards at the 2022 Property Council Awards, including the Community and Affordable Housing Property Award and Multi Unit Residential Award. This is an incredible achievement following on from our 2021 success with Kōtuitui Terraces.

We would like to thank our development team and wider partners who helped make this project not only come to life but exceed everyones expectations, including Chancellor Construction, Assemble, Crosson Architects, Jasmax and Colliers, we couldn't have done it without you!
