Mat began his property career at an early age and now has over 25 years experience. Mat’s major strengths are his hands-on experience, product creativity, sales and an ability to get into the detail of any property specialist field to prioritise and direct the collective team. More recently Mat was the vision behind Boathouse Bay - an innovative integrated community of 33 homes adjacent to the coast and bush headland. Mat unlocked the site which had extreme sensitivities including Heritage, Cultural and Sensitive Ecological Area overlays. Mat was instrumental in the innovative urban design pattern and Landscape and Architecture treatments. As Project Director, Mat has had a personal management role in all facets of the development.

Marks experience spans over 20 years, delivering projects in the property industry with a proven ability to complete projects successfully, whilst establishing and maintaining rapport with all stakeholders. Mark has contributed on over 50 projects to date, containing over 8,350 homes in multi-unit residential developments Mark understands property development and the many facets involved, from project creation and definition, value enhancement, funding, sales and marketing, team management, stakeholder engagement, procurement and construction/delivery.

Jason's background and commercial experience is highly varied with numerous years operating successful business’s, predominantly in the aviation and tourism sector. Jason has had involvement in property development playing a key role in the Boathouse Bay and Kotuitui projects, providing financial support and utilising his business relationships with banking and legal partners to assist with the management and oversight of the projects.

Kallam is a passionate real estate developer with experience that spans a wide range of property and construction aspects. Kallam has been focused primarily on the residential sector over the past 5 years, working on projects up to 2,500 homes in size. From starting out as a consultant working for many blue chip property companies across New Zealand before moving into a client/developer role, Kallam has a proven ability to lead teams of all shapes and sizes from project conception through delivery and sell down. Kallam's strengths are led by his capability to adapt quickly to the situation around him, understanding differing stakeholder requirements and subsequently formulating a solution that is best suited. Kallam has honed these strengths via involvement with private and public organisations, local and central government, and multiple Iwi groups throughout his development career.

Megan has a wealth of experience in the property industry which spans over 25 years working for small and large construction and development companies. Megan is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Her experience varies from selling to home renovations, refurbishing blocks and individual units, interior design, property management and project management. She has owned and operated her own businesses in a variety of fields as well as undertaken support roles for developers and construction companies throughout her career.
Megan has developed the ability to manage a broad range of tasks at anyone time, with efficiency and a practical down to earth approach.

Head of Marketing
Lucy is a process driven and strategy focused marketer. With a background that includes both real estate and creative agencies, Lucy has worked with an array of different vendors and developments of varying scales, budgets and visions. A strategic thinker with a keen interest in property specific marketing and marketing strategy, Lucy thrives on embedding herself in a business and understanding its challenges. Experienced in the start to end process involved in the marketing and selling of off-plan residential developments, Lucy offers knowledge and a thorough understanding of what it takes to successfully launch and sell down a residential project.

Eli comes from a consultancy background as a Client-Side Project Manager which honed his skills in ensuring all construction projects under his supervision are streamlined as he is able to identify risks and solve future problems ahead of time. Further to this he emphasises the importance of procuring the best team suited for the requirements of each project as such he highlights a thorough procurement method for contractors and consultants alike. Eli has worked with numerous levels of clients, from the “mum and dad” developers to commercial clients and through to government level organisations, ensuring that each client’s needs are tended to and are informed throughout the process to provide a fully informed process throughout the project.
